Is a MyBox Self Storage Lagerbox accessible for people with disabilities?

If you're looking for a self-storage storage box, you might be worried about having access to our facilities due to mobility issues or visual impairments. Our facility is equipped with a wide, non-slip wheelchair access and from the ground level, so you can move well with us.

All our facilities are built with suitable parking spaces that are wide enough to allow the way to and from the car. The doors to the storage units are all 1. wide, which is wider than the recommended width of 830 mm for wheelchair users. Our larger units have double-opening doors that also exceed the recommended width.

Our corridors are designed so that they can be reached by carriages with a width of approx. 1200 mm, so wheelchair access should not be a problem. The floors are concrete and can be relatively smooth in places. Each site has a wheelchair accessible toilet with an outward opening or sliding door and should be well signposted at the reception. If in doubt, just ask our friendly team.

The paths from the reception to the stairs and toilets are well signposted and our team actively removes temporary obstacles. We hope this has mitigated your concerns about access to our self storage storage boxes.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible support, we would be delighted if you could inform us at the time of booking about possible adverse effects - but you do not have to.

Here you find a complete list of prices and answers to many frequently asked questions which might be still unanswered.
