The rental conditions at MyBox are extremely flexible. There is no minimum rental period and you can terminate your rental agreement at any time online in the customer portal under "Subscription Order". You will then receive a credit for the unused days. The invoice is automatically sent by email every 4 weeks. So at MyBox you have the freedom to adjust your storage rent as needed.
At MyBox, we have extensive security measures in place to protect the warehouses and your stored items. These include video surveillance, access control, lighting, alarm systems, fire protection and, in some cases, 24/7 security personnel. Safety is our highest priority.
Yes, at MyBox we offer flexible rental period options for our warehouses. You can extend or shorten the rental period of your warehouse if necessary to suit your current needs. We understand that storage needs can change, whether due to relocation, business growth or other reasons, which is why we strive to offer you maximum flexibility. Simply contact our team to discuss extending or shortening the rental period. We will do our best to find a solution that suits your needs and gives you the flexibility you need.
When storing in our warehouses, there are certain restrictions on the types of items that can be stored. For safety and regulatory compliance reasons, the following restrictions are common: perishable foods, highly flammable or explosive materials, illegal substances, live animals or plants, and hazardous or toxic materials. We ask that our customers adhere to these guidelines to ensure the safety of all tenants and property. If you have any questions about the acceptability of certain items, we are happy to answer them and provide further information.
You can cancel your storage space at MyBox at any time by canceling via the customer portal in the MyBox app.
YES, our storage rooms are barrier-free
No, there is no maximum rental period at MyBox. You can rent your storage space for as long as you need it.
Once you have rented a storage space from MyBox, you will receive access codes so that you can access your storage space at any time.
Yes, with MyBox you have 24/7 access to your storage space. You can reach it at any time, even outside of regular business hours.
No, sharing or subletting your storage space at MyBox is not permitted.
